Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. The reservation can be made via our website, by phone or by email. A confirmation is sent by email or SMS after validation of the request and, if applicable, the payment. 2. Payment Payment can be made online via a secure system or by any other means indicated when booking. A deposit of X% (to be defined) may be requested to validate the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the service or according to the conditions specified when booking. 3. Modification of Reservation Any modification (time, place, service) must be requested at least 12 to 24 hours in advance, depending on the service. Modifications are accepted subject to availability. 4. Delay and Absence A tolerance of 15 minutes is granted in the event of a delay. After this period, waiting fees may be applied or the service may be cancelled without refund. Any absence without notice will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not give rise to a refund. 5. Cancellation Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service: full refund or possibility of rescheduling without charge. Cancellation between 24 and 12 hours before: 50% refund or rescheduling with fees. Cancellation less than 12 hours before or absence of the client: no refund possible. 6. Commitment and Responsibility We are committed to providing a punctual and professional service. In the event of an unforeseen event on our part, a suitable solution will be proposed (refund or rescheduling). The client is responsible for his personal belongings and any damage caused during the service.
